The idea for a healthy casual dining concept in Boulder, Colorado was born in 1977 when the Turley family opened a "Good Earth" franchise on the corner of 18th and Pearl. Shortly thereafter the family decided they could do a better job operating in a non-franchise format calling it "The Harvest Restaurant and Bakery". This began the long history of the Turley family running a 'better for you' restaurant in Boulder that has continued for more than 30 years.
Turley's is "better for you naturally" providing healthier style eating, serving foods you’re familiar with. Turley's does this by offering a widely varied selection from vegan to meat and potatoes, breakfast all day, a Mexican menu and an ever expanding gluten free selection. They are the choice for casual-anytime-dining that can cater to the needs of all those in your party. Turley’s takes pride in presenting moderately priced food in an inviting atmosphere, with a focus on customer service and attention to detail. These cornerstones of their restaurant have made them a Boulder institution for locals and visitors alike.
